This guy has quite the ego is he calls himself 'Evil'. Hell he is not even the final villain of the series. Though as the main rival he gets the most screentime...
Anyway Tekkaman Evil, also known as Saber in the translated versions. (Which makes more sense as it fits in with the weapon-named theme the tekkamen have got going on)
